Assembly

At the Assembly workshop, the team’s mission is to assemble the ball bearings and sub-systems once they have come out of the Grinding workshop.

The Assembly workshop is in fact clean rooms, with controlled temperature and pressure to guarantee the quality and cleanliness of the assembled parts.

The workshop’s teams are responsible for assembling ball bearings and other products in accordance with specifications, customer expectations and quality standards. They are also responsible for checking the finished parts: preload measurements, friction torque measurements, etc.

Once the products are assembled and checked, they are carefully prepared for shipment to the customer.
